Not sure but think it maybe KEEBLE PLACE or KEEBLE COURT. If it is, old
man Allflatts the builders middle name was Keeble, could be relevant.

Just found it in a Estate agents site for K/L and it is KEEBLE CT.

A green plaque giving a brief history of the Pilot Cinema has been placed on the end wall of a house on John Kennedy Road adjacent to the footpath beside the roadway into Keeble Close. The house is visible in the photo added by rospaul which has a man wearing blue jeans and a light coloured jumper standing in font of the house. At that time the plaque hadn't been added.
