trolley looks if its carry the freshwater hoses for the ships for drinking water and washing,water in this area keeps well,hard water.

You can just see the trolley through the railway truck door Simon, it says
Kings Lynn Dock company Auxillery Fire Service, got another pic of it somewhere bur can't find it.
