ROSPAUL and myself had a day showing Eastern Europeans round the museum
yesterday. met some very nice people. More of these intergration days are
planned for the future.

Had a nice group round the museum today from around teddy's area, Dereham
and Cressenhall, the Friends and Neighbours club. One lady was 94 and was
a member of a fish smoking family business in Binham. She told me that you
had to wait for a herring to float to the surface of the brine tub after it had
been in there for a while and that would indicate that the fish was ready to
smoke. And as Michael Caine says, "not a lotta people know that" :D
